How Passerello™ works

A Passerello™ controller is installed on your vessel by a qualified marine engineer. Once installed, you manage access from your iPhone — adding crew, setting expiry dates, and revoking access instantly from anywhere in the world. Your existing RF remote controls continue to work exactly as before.

Single Port Controller
Passerelle control

Compatible with modern Opacmare passerelle systems and many older or alternative-make systems, depending on the connection cable ordered. The most broadly compatible controller on the market — but professional installation by a competent marine engineer is not just recommended, it is essential. Incorrect wiring can cause serious damage to your vessel's systems.

Dual Port Controller
Passerelle + Bathing Platform

Compatible with modern Opacmare systems and largely plug-and-play, requiring minimal fitting time. Controls both a passerelle and a bathing platform from within a single app. Available in Standard and Plus variants.

Which controller do I need?

Buy the TM2 Standard if you have a hydraulic bathing platform and may want to connect it in the future, but not immediately.
Buy the TM2 Plus if you want both the passerelle and bathing platform connected straight away.
Buy the TM1 if you have no bathing platform, or never intend to control it via the app.
Buy the TM1 if you have an older Opacmare or a non-Opacmare system fitted.
Important — professional installation
Passerello™ controllers must be installed by a competent, qualified marine engineer. Incorrect installation can cause serious and potentially irreversible damage to your vessel's existing systems. Always ensure your installer fully understands the control systems involved before commencing work.
Supply and installation

Controllers are available directly to vessel owners (B2C) in retail packaging, complete with all cables needed. Trade packaging is also available for our installer and dealer network (B2B). All controllers ship with a Y-connection cable; bare-wire connectors for older systems are available as an accessory.

The Passerello™ app

One unified iOS app works with both the TM1 and TM2 controllers. Available on the App Store for €1.99 — the small cost discourages casual downloads and helps fund ongoing development and support.
